It wasn't crappy!!!!!!!! Platinum weddings are over the top weddings and remind your husband that the meaning of wedding is what is said and felt behind the vows, not chandaliers hanging from a tent fixture!

FH hates it when I watch that show, it makes him feel bad because we won't be able to afford a wedding like the ones on the show. Although I reassure him that all the glitters do not impress me.

I felt the same way when I saw one that was a destination wedding in Aruba and they had 175 people flying there for the wedding! I was shocked...I could barely get 100 to drive to Long Island

Your wedding I'm sure was wonderful. Those ppl on there are insane. Your wedding was really and it was about you and DH starting your life out together not how much $$$ you can throw away on things that really don't matter

That wedding was outrageous and by far my favorite one on there. I wish I could be invited to a wedding like that every now and then! I'd make the trek to Napa!

we saw that one!! You're wedding wasn't crappy!!! Those weddings are amazing, but what I said to DH when we were watching it was that just because they have more money doesn't mean that their weddings were more special or they are any happier than us!!!
