Okay, I exercise, eat healthy, I am not overweight, but I am

addicted to Diet Pepsi!

I have to have it everyday. By noon I am running over to the dining hall to get my LARGE Diet Pepsi! It looks like a 7/11 BIG Gulp. And I drink more soda at night with dinner.

I do drink alot of H2O ( I am constantly running to the ladies room) too.

Anybody else in the same boat? Do I want to quit? Not really!

Is soda really that bad for you?

I used to drink alot of diet soda as well. I would worry more about the artificial sweetner than the soda itself.

I think it depends what diet you are on. On WW soda is is no points, I mean diet soda that is. I think on attkins and South beach you are suppose to elimintae soda b/c of teh suger in it.
