okay idea...cake card box

Okay, I called my MOH and she as usual made me feel dumb (because she came up with an idea asap)
She said that they sell actual metal cake pans that you pour the batter in to make the cake (okay you get the idea)

Now, she said, if you were to take clay(not sure what she called it) rolled it out, covered the outside of the cake pan, and then decorated it, it would be one whole piece and, would look like a real cake...

Now im excited. I told her id pay her to do it but shes super busy... so i dont know...maybe illt ry it myself?

Anyone who can find a cake mold thats metal that i can put this clay on, please let me know, id love for it to look lik e a real cake :)

I actually bought hat boxes from the store and covered those in fabric. Much easier to do. If you have any questions FM me.

they sell it at Michaels or AC Moore in millions of colors...different shades of white, silver, gold, and mostly any color you can imagine. you can also mix the colors to match your wedding exactly (like playdough) ...
you bake it and it gets hard like plasic. it's pretty light too.
fun to play with.
