Okay ladies going to book hall tonight. need advise

What questions should i ask that i would probably not think of asking at this point.
example
Candles being lit in centerpieces.
For the ceremony throwing rose petals.
things like this that some halls do not permit.

cost for children?
is tips for the waitstaff included in that infamous 18% gratuity the halls like the charge?
how much for your vendors to eat?
how many can the room hold?
is there a vienese hr included? extra charge?
is the cake included?

Do they allow smoke/bubble machines
Can you use votive place card holders
Can you hang anything from the ceilings (such as lighted tulle)
Can you bring in outside vendors (for example: Audrey's Bakery for the chocolate fountain)
What is the insurance policy for vendors? How much do they have to be covered for?
What is the minimum amt of people for the room?
Are there guest baskets in the bathrooms with toiletries for the ladies? if not, can you bring your own?
How many weddings at the same time?
What is the earliest you can arrive for pictures before cocktail hour? (if you dont wanna miss it)
When are payments due?
What kind of liquor is served? (ie: top shelf)

only you monkey will be there and i will see if they will let monkeys in since you are my bm and i really want you monkey to be there. lol make sure your hall lets monkeys get married.
