she's always been attractive (though troubled at times)... but i do think she looks different. if she got plastic surgery, she didn't need it!

I think it means the absolute opposite. I think we all know what 'off the rack' means.
But for a celebrity to freely show they picked up a dress off the rack tells the story that there is absolutely nothing wrong with doing it that way.
