Okay part 2...

If I have 82 entries in the excel spreadsheet...should I order 90 or 100 invitations?

100 - I think at least 15 more is a must, You will want to save 1 or 2 for pictures; etc.

It depends on how you're addressing them...if by hand or calligraphy, you may need a few extra. Also, might you add more people to your invitation list?

Yea...when I was doing my invites I went with 100 because it was only a few dollar difference. I have left over envelopes..but I was glad I ordered extra! :)
