My mom decided she wants to send out STD to out of town guests. There is a hotel in the parking lot with my hall. I think I should include info on the hotel with the STD.
Does the hotel give you cards with there info, or do I have something printed up?
Do I need to block rooms or should the OOT guests do it themselves?
When is a good time to block rooms??

You have to call the hotel to get discounted blocked prices. be careful, some places make u guarantee a certain amount, and penalize you if the rooms are not booked. also, after you block the rooms, they give you sheets to send out. i put my in the same envelope with my std.

definitely block rooms... i already did mine... i guess i would do it as soon as the hotel allows... my hotel did give me cards with the information on it, but i thought they were ugly, so i retyped it all and made my own card to put with the STDS... i will also send the cards out with the wedding invites...
