I haven't been on as I am swamped with end of the month move ins and outs today......but..........
I saw Angela posted about a GTG!!!!
I won't be exhausted Friday..I get in in the early afternoon so that is good.
So question(obviously I know whichever date we choose won't work for everyone) but what date is best for you?
I don't have anything planned for Friday night the 15th of Saturday the 16th...(I don't think anyways )
I will be staying in brooklyn, but could probably travel, hitch a ride, or work the corner and hope for a dude to take me!(just kidding!!) I don't know where I'm going, or how far things are so I'll let you guys pick a fair point for all.
So which date is best for you guys?
Can't wait to meet everyone!

yeah thats my stance too...honestly...taking me to ny is like taking ellie mae clampett to the big city...i dont' know where i'm going and i'm alway slooking up at huge buildings. whatever you guys decide is good for me. just gotta figure out how to get there and i'm set!

Queens would be great, Bayside though for those traveling by public transportation is more difficult.

yup...i just mentioned bayside because its one of the few towns i can spout out... you guys know whats best!!! I'll leave it up to you!!
I do have one request: Please no chain restaurants like applebees or what not.......I get that out here. And um...I live in New Mexico...so um...I can take a vacation from mexican food. But italian, cuban, puerto rican...greek, now we're talkin!!!
again though, it doesn't matter, if we have to do one of the above thtat i didn't want, no biggie, I'll be drinking my dinner anyways!! Dirty martinis anyone?

bayside just give u a lot of options.. there are a lot of bars up and down Bell Blvd.

I wish I was going to be in NY that weekend, but we won't be back until the end of September. One of these times we'll schedule a wedding planning weekend that's actually the same time as a GTG!
I grew up in Bayside- Sullivan's is great cause it has an outdoor patio to hang out on- that was our favorite Bell Blvd spot. First Edition used to have good food, but I haven't been there in years. Donovan's was a good food and beer place, and there was a bar called the Crazy Moose or something like that, and it was HUGE. I'm not sure if it's still around, though.
