okay...::brave face:: help me plan my bridal shower! please? lol
due to circumstances beyond my control, im gonna plan this shin dig! lol any queens girls know any veteran halls? thats all i can really afford and mom said shed cook. thanks guys!

How many guests are you planning on inviting? could you do it at a friend's house or family member's house.....
My shower in california was at my godmother's house and the backyard was pretty spacious, there was 20 people comfortably...and everyone chipped in with helping out.. mom, sil and sister helped cook.

My moms condo building has a party room. I can ask her if you can use it. It would probably be free... Let me know if you are interested. It is in Middle Village. 69th and Eliott Avenue. I am not sure how big it is though!! I will check this weekend..

For my Shower, we actually got a room at a brunch place and they gave me a deal for 18 p p including tip
We had a separate room in the restaurant, bread and Danishes, brunch entree, dessert, coffee and bottomless champagne drinks.
The whole thing was not that expensive. You might be able to find something like this and save yourself some sanity
