Okay..so maybe..

I was a little curious about this 'skeptical's' complaint with Flowers by Brian and did another search with the BBB. I found just 1 complaint over the past 36 months, and none over the past year. In addition, they are one of very few that are actual members of the BBB, and their file was opened in 8/93.

In sharp contrast, Spitz & Peck had 7 complaints in the past 36 months, with one of those in the past 12 months.

I wasn't jumping to any conclusions. I was simply showing a comparison. Let's face it, just because a company has no filed complaints, doesn't mean there aren't any! Good Luck planning!
