I saw the cherries on Canal Street yesterday. They're the new bag for spring on the LV line.

Ok, I lied. I bought the one w/o the cherries. In person they looked really cheap and weird. They lookked like they were a sort of decal that over time the design might get cracks in it, etc, plus is was over $100 more..so I went with the plain one. It's classic and timeless.

But I was all pissed off today so instead of savoring the extra $100 in my pocket I bought a $300 Michale Kors tote for $84! It's gorgeous, I love it! And Fh ended up buying it for me. Gotta love FH.

Ok, after today though, no more spending $$ we don't have. I have to save for ths ridiculous wedding!

LV = Lousy Vinyl

The trim, if the bag is real, is usually leather but the bag itself is not. Yet we all seem to like em. Though with so many fakes out there, the LV mystique is lost IMO.

i have to say i agree...sooo many fakes it is ridiculous...

Like i am to believe that someone driving around in a beat up piece of crap has the the real multi-color large LV

This i guess is another reason why i do not buy it
