Wow, I'm usually too shy to start my own topics so you KNOW i must really need your help . My sis/MOH and I went looking at dresses that I'd found online(don't look at my wedding day, I know i'm late! ) But taking her made me even more torn between them b/c she can't choose either.
The first is totally the opposite of what I thought I wanted b/c w/ me being 5'0 and tiny all around ('cept for the girls) but I love how it cinches in the waist and how classic it is.
The second one I love also b/c it is figure flattering and lighter which was closer to what I thought I liked. The drawback is that I worry it is too trendy and I'll look back like what was I wearing?
Tough one. I love the classic look of #1. Its gorgeous. But I love the back of #2. But I'm not a fan of the bubble hem on it, so I voted for #1.
I bet #1 looks SUPER flattering too! It's gorgeous!!!

They are both gorgeous dresses!!!! And I don't think that #2 is trendy at all, I think they are both classic and elegant. I would choose whichever one felt more comfortable to move around in, they are equally beautiful!

see that's exactly what i'm afraid about w/ 2 b/c the bubble hem is IN now but when it's OUT will I be p.o'ed that I wore it?

I like #1, i also dont like the bubble hem of number 2, unless you get something similar to number 2 just not a bubble hem. But you said you didnt think you would get an a-line type dress like the first one bc of your height, a-line is recommended for us short girls

Thats what I would think too...
Its really hot right now...but I'm afraid it might not be in a few years....

yup for girls 5'4 and under thats one of the recommended dresses

Is it possible to have #2 altered so that you wind up w/out the bubble hem? They will most likely have to shorten the length on it anyway right?
