OK...picked the necklace for my mom (WITH PICS), now need earrings, any ideas?

here is my mom's dress (in navy blue)

here is the necklace

any thoughts on earrings?? i can't afford more than $50 on the earrings. My mom is a very simple person, usually dosnt wear much jewelry. Do you think these would go? Or anyone have pics with website of something else that would go?? TIA

do you think these earrings are better. these have real diamonds in them. the other ones are CZ. i just dont know about the shape of the hoop.

How will she be wearing her hair?
If its up.. I would suggest large 'diamond' studs. Simple and classic elegance. Or even Saphire studs with diamonds around them ( faux) would be fine.

I think that a simple blue sapphire stud, with possibly a diamond or two around it is more than enough.

Thanks girls for the suggestions! i actually ended up getting the earrings that i posted in the beginning of this thread. Studs would be nice, but she has short hair (chin length) and wont be wearing her hair up, so i doubt that you would see them. I can't wait for them to come in the mail!
