I am so bummed...I emailed Oksana three weeks ago asking info for a trial it took her a week to get back which is fine I know she is busy. When she emailed me she wanted the exact location of where I was getting ready so I emailed her back right away and I haven't heard from her.. is she always like this?

I've had nothing but easy communication with her..very quick. However, I've heard from other brides its taken her awhile.
