OKAY- Any Oksana brides out there???????

Let me start off by saying - I have seen her work on LIW and I think she does an amazing job.

However I am NOT liking the lack of communication.

I have started emailing her about 3 weeks ago and it takes her forever to get back to you. (and I am sure she has a thousand ppl contacting her)

What I don't like the most is I have put in my emails my contact number and told her if that were easier for her to just buzz me. NOTHING-no calls no exchange of her number.

I still really want to try her out but I am not sure I can do this with her any longer. When does she expect to give me her #? I am picking dates out for my m/u trial am I suppose to email you if I get lost day of? Understandable if you don't want 'potential clients' having your number then why wouldn't she just call me (blocked if need me)

Ugh I dunno what to do. Maybe it is me-???

I would not be able to deal with that. I need a NUMBER that I can call and I need to know that our vendors are willing to talk on the phone and will call back within a few days.. Its your wedding day and its very important! You don't want added stress of waiting for calls back let alone emails. Im sorry your dealing with this!

its not you!!! The same thing happened to me. I emailed and got a response 2 days later and then wrote back that i would like to set up a trial, here are dates I am free please let me know what works and told her she could also call me. 3 weeks later...yes i said 3 weeks...she finally responded to set up a trial! At that point I had already booked with someone else. IMO i dont want to stress a week or so before the wedding if i try to contact her and dont hear back.
i highly recommend sandra baldini...great job with makeup, so sweet and excellent communication!!!

I believe I saw a post on here that she was goign to be without email for a couple weeks or something. I'm booked with her for my wedding in about 6 and a half weeks. She does PHENOMENAL work and although is not quick with the responses via email....she is extremely reliable and well worth it. Do you have her phone # instead? That might be a better option for you.

Let me know if you need her phone #.

I know her internet and phone were down due to the storm. She lives down the block from me. LOL

I think she is worth the wait and I booked her on the spot but I know it can be super frustrating when you dont hear back from a vendor asap. I get extremely frustrated as well.

Thank you for offering me her number someone else just mailed me too but I feel like if she wanted me to have it she would've said so...maybe I'm being the B word???

You all just reminded me that I haven't received a receipt for my deposit yet. I'm going to try e-mailing her and, if I get no response, I'll give her a call.

I would go easy on her ladies lol... you never know what's going on in a person's life and why it takes so long to respond. I know... i know... business is business, and the same thing happened with me, but when you finally meet her, experience her work, you'll know that she's worth the wait and every penny

i agree that you never know what she has going on in her personal life etc but IMO when you finally email back apologize...say sorry it took so long i was dealing with something personal. no questions asked, just acknowledge the lack of communication. sorry just very frustrated by vendors with poor communication
