Oksana and Hair genie

I emailed the Hair genie today, how long does it usually take her to get back to you?
Also I emailed Oksana a week ago and haven't heard anything.
Is it better to call them?

From experience it takes a while for Oksana to get back to you. Chances are Jenn will get back to you and contact Oksana on your behalf. Jenn will usually get back to you within a week, but with the 4th of july weekend coming up.......

Hey there
Are Oksana and Hair Genie reasonably priced? Oksana did an old friend's wedding makeup and I thought she and her BM looked fantastic!
