I would love to hear everyone's opinions. FM me if they aren't positive (esp. since LIW will remove bad posts). Specifically, how reliable is she? Does she arrive on time the day of? Is it easy to get in touch with her once you book? (It currently takes me a week to receive an email back from her. That's fine since my wedding is 9 months away but I would like to be responded to quicker by a booked vendor).

Ive heard very mixed reviews. Bascially all good of her work but customer service wise, on the day of has been very mixed from what ive read on here.

She did my make up for my bpics and I ADORE HER! I travelled to her house so I dont know about her and travel, but i can't imagine her being anything but wonderful to work with...seriously, I WISH she was availabl for my wedding day!

she is fab and to be honest ive never really heard anything bad bout her..even b4 anything wa pulled..lots of girls use her...my trial with her was awesome..she is so nice and i cant wait to use her for the big day

I used Oksana for my big day and she was awesome And very versatile...my MIL and SIL wanted a very natural look (they don't wear any makeup) and my MOHs and I wanted a more glam look, and she did a perfect job on all of us!She does take about a week to get back to you though via email. I heard that she answers them on Thursdays (don't know if that's true, try emailing her on a Thursday and see how quick she is maybe?). FM me if you need any more info!

I'm using Oksana for my wedding. She was AWESOME for my trial. And my mom went for a trial, too, and loved her. Honestly, I have no complaints. I can't comment on whether she's punctual b/c I haven't had my wedding yet, but I'm confident she'll be on time.

I had my trial with her and besides being amazing at what she does, she is the sweetest person ever!!! She also had me laughing all morning...she is so fun to be around and is definitely someone I want to help calm my nerves on my wedding day. I email her all the time and she is really good at getting back to me and answering all my questions.
Can anyone tell me what brand of products she used on them?

She uses a lot of different brands. If you have certain brands you want/don't want her to use, she can probably work around it.

she is wonderful. I loved her during my trial. And her work was amazing. When I have gotten make-up done for other weddings I just didnt look like myself. With her work it was natural and beautify.
When I was in the process of booking that it did take her a while to get back to me because she does do all her e-mails on thursdays. But once I booked she gave me a phone number to get in touch with her. I believe she told me she mainly uses MAC but that her lipsticks are a different brand. Just be aware that she does not do formal contracts so dont be surprised by that.
