How long did it take Jenn and Oksana to respond to your request for a trial?
I sent a request about 5 days ago and have not heard back from either...am I being too impatient?

Usually they only respond to emails on Thursday. Be patient, I think they're really worth the wait!

It took them about a week and a half and 3 emails to get back to me but Oksana was very apologetic. My trial is 2/21/09.

Silly q, but did you include your wedding date in your email? If not I would email them again. Most of the time they respond to emails within two weeks so it does take them a while...Oksana and Jenn got back to me right away but I think it was on a Thursday. I used Oksana for my wedding (jenn wasn't available for my date) and she did a beautiful job and is so sweet...it's annoying about the wait but she is worth it!
