Another cute store for gift bags is Papyrus (there's one in Roosevelt Field and also one in Grand Central in NYC)
If I think of more - that are actually open - I'll post them.

Walmart has great cheap baskets I personally hate the store but they have baskets and flowers and things to decorate them.
Also how about a liquidators or Mace's I am sure there are a lot of baskets out now for Easter. I just wouldnt get one that looks like it is an easter basket.

Oh yeah, I ordered the twisted handled ones in white and then use a hole punch and punched 2 holes at the top of the bag and ran pale greenribbon through it and tied it in a bow. They look really pretty.
BUT...this place also has colored bags! for $.43 each!!!

we went to a dollar store and got some really nice bags
