I was quoted $110pp for Oct 2010. Expensive place but very beautiful!

They were the same price all year round when I went last summer and they only varied $10-20 for the days. It was like $100-130pp ++. Didn't seem like they'd negotiate to me.
Very beautiful but too spendy for us.

$110/pp for Friday or Sunday $130/pp for Saturday
You are the only wedding the whole day and they are not really willing to negotiate, but you're getting A LOT for that price, IMO. Also, I knew one bride that negotiated but she changed the whole menu to a buffet/clam bake sort of thing and that took the price down some.

Wow - prices have gone up since i looked at it last spring for our June 2009 wedding. What I can say is while we didn't choose it (too many family/friends live too far away and I found another place I fell in love with), we went to a wedding there this past Sunday and it was AWESOME! So pretty and great food. We had such a nice time.
