Can you please FM your info for this facility? I just called about a 50 person Thursday night wedding... THURSDAY... and i feel like i was quoted a ridiculously high amount and the guy on the phone sounded like he does not negotiate... please message me or post.. thanks
The quotes we got didn't include Thursday, so I don't know about that. I don't think they'll negotiate the price pp. But for us they threw in extras for no charge - valet, pastries, vendors' meals, and more. Well worth it IMO!

We really didn't try to negotiate any extras. In our last two meetings, Tom would just throw things in that he knew we wanted to add or mention that he would give us this or that for no charge. None of that was in our contract at first.
I got the same quote when I called about a month ago, $110pp for Fridays and Sundays, and $130pp for Saturdays.
I just called and I agree that they aren't very flexible and there seems to be no room to neg. I wanted a wedding on a Sunday with 70 guests and that is not an option. 100 minimum is their new policy they said. I'm very disappointed...this is the only place I have really liked and got the impression from earlier brides that they are willing to work with you. I am not willing to blow that much money for a few hours!!!.... oh well : (
I'm getting married at the OFC on a thursday. I was able to negotiate. When I signed the contract I dealt with Matt... we never even met Tom yet!
