Anyone else receive a phone call from Old Navy's Bulk Sale dept after ordering their flip flops recently? Apparently when you order over 10 of one item you are supposed to do it through bulk sales? He said since it was a one time purchase he would override the cancellation and honor the sale price luckily. Who knew??? I was wondering how many LIW brides that poor guy has had to call since so many of us buy from them for our slipper baskets!!! haha!

I got the same thing!! But he wouldn't give me the 30% off so I got mad and just cancelled the whole order lol.

So I called them back today and the girl I spoke to was such a b*tch! She demanded I give the name of the person who they honored the coupon for and said she would have to send it to her manager and it would be a few days for them to review it. I got frustrated and bow have to look elsewhere for my flip flops :(

I haven't heard from them, but my order has not shipped yet. I did not order more than 10 of any one size/color combo. Maybe that's why?
That's total crap. Buying more should be CHEAPER.
You can also just bring a ton of people when they have their $1 flip flop sale in May

SOOO not your fault lol!! I feel much better though I just found flip flops on the target website for about the same price, so I am happy!
