Old Navy Flip Flops--VENT!!

While I am super excited to have gotten flip flops in my wedding colors for only a dollar, I am not pleased that Old navy charged me for them TWICE. and when I called them they told me 'oh thats just an authorization withdrawl that money will be posted back into your account, and if it not in there by Monday give us a call back.' Well its TUESDAY and the money is still gone. SOOOO I call and now there friggin computers are down so they cant help me right now. ARGGGHHHH!! Did this happen to anyone else?

did you use a debit card?

if so, tell them to write a letter to your bank to release the authorization. It can take up to a week (after your purchase) to release your funds.
