OLD: I'm not sure yet NEW: My dress and such BORROWED: A hankie from my sister BLUE: Also the hankie from my sister, which has BRIDE embroidered in blue on it.
I was thinking of borrowing a diamond necklace as my old.

Old: Me (I'm 34... ) no pieces from my mom's dress that I took off and will put on my veil. I cried when I did this as she is deceased. MY Dad's monogrammed handkerchief from the late 50's or 60's.
New: My dress, my cultured pearl and diamond earrings... see pics. I REALLY treated myself.
Borrowed: I'm sewing in my Dad's wedding band to the back of my lace up corset dress... It will be tied in the knot of the bow. My MIL offered me her pearls but I think FH's ex-wife wore them on her day and that kinda creeps me out. And I have pearls from my mom.
Blue: my garter, my bo-kay (blue hydrangeas), my FH and my eyes

can my engagement ring be considered old?!?!
i think anything i've had for over a year is old!!! i.e.... if i were to pick out a shirt from my closet, i would consider it old!
maybe my 'old' can be my FH?!?! (he IS 12 years older than me.. thats gotta come in handy sometimes, BESIDES ordering me drinks!)

Old: not sure (isn't anything that's not new old? I will probably put a penny in my shoe or in a piece of fabric sewn into my dress- maybe two pennies- one for each of the years we were born, or maybe the year we met, or maybe even one from the year my deceased nanny was born- something sentimental like that)
New: My dress, the jewelry set that FH gave me for the wedding day
