DO NOT mix at my job. I sent six emails with the same attachment (at their request) to learn that they don't know how to OPEN one.

I hear ya! I get a dozen or more e-mails a day with the 'old folks' asking for help on all computer tasks.

oh dear god no! the older woman in my office is 'afraid' literally, to take any classes offered by my company. she gets too nervous

the one I'm dealing with works from home and has her husband open, write and send all of her emails.

I SO feel your pain. Someone here needed a powerpoint edited for a presentation he was making (and by edited I mean he wanted to move a page up - which involved clicking on the page and moving it up) and he called me in to do it for him.
