Im having my garage sale next week, andwould really like to get rid of this old sewing machine that was left here by the previous owners. How do I have a CLUE what it could be worth? I know it works because she had told me she was leaving it for me if I wanted to do sewing but they would have told me if it was no good.

I havent checked the brand or style. I hope I can find it on the machine and maybe look it up.
anna...if you give me the info I could ask my mom...she is a big quilter/sewer - teaches classes hwe whole thing...(has a $4K sewing machine...if you can believe that)
and she might have an idea what its worth...or where you could sell it (maybe a sewing store?)

I would not sell that until you did some research. Old sewing machines can be worth a lot of money to collectors.

Anna, is it a machine that's operated by your feet or the hands only kind? If hands only, I may be interested
