I want to collect pictures from as many family members as possible to display on our tables along with centerpieces the day of the wedding. Any thoughts on how I could ask people to send me pics...I thought maybe something with my shower when the time comes...like some how put it in with the invitation requesting the pics...
I think that is such a cute and touching idea. I think adding a poem asking for them in the shower invites would be ok. Also, maybe check with different family members and see if they have a collection of pics that they received in thank yous from past weddings through the years and may have saved. You could them scan them and blow them up a bit. I know I am weird, but I have saved every picture I ever received in a thank you and so does my mom.
Thanks for the response...I like your idea of a poem in the invitation... I actually dug through old photos and found a lot of past wedding thank you pics...I appreciate your thoughts..
