OLD WESTBURY GARDENS!
I am trying to set up E-pics at OWG. We wanted the autumn theme and I figured we better grab a date before it gets booked and too cold to do them (in the meantime of looking for other places and ideas) I don't know if anyone has dealt with OWG but they are not very acccomodating!
Here is the thing....I have been dealing with them for the past month or so trying to see if the date we wanted has been set up for us. Everytime I call the only one that can help us is Diana and she is never there! I feel there is a different excuse for everytime I call. I spoke with her assistant one time and she was suppose to have Diana get back to me. (STILL WAITING). Everytime I call back to see if I can speak with her assistant she is not there. I call on the days she works and I never get put through. I sent in all the forms, the payment and I am still not in the book! I need to know if I am getting them done because I need to take off work, and if I can't get that day then I need to cancel my makeup trial and photographer. I am telling them all this(for the 4th time today) and another lady that works there, response was 'I don't know what to tell you?' Now, how is that going to help me?
I feel like I am getting so stressed over this. FH and I have always wanted this place because of our memories and history since we go there every year.
My question is, do I start looking for another place? if, so any suggestions? Or do I wait a little longer?
After my phone call this morning, they will probably never fit me in!
