Old Westbury Gardens Engagement photos

Hi Ladies, I am taking pictures at Old Westbury Gardens during Mid May this year. On the application they are asking me to pick 3 areas of interest where I would want to take photos. I am a real cheeseball on romance so I was wondering where would be the best spots. Here are my options:

I'm afraid that due to the timing of the year in May that the roses won't be in bloom yet
:( I wanted to get it done sooner than later so that I can send out my save the dates. Although I don't know if I need them out a year in advance
