Can someone clarify for me-- i went to a car show even today with my FI on the lawn of the mansion this morning. We also took a tour of the house. I asked the man working there where they have weddings... he said what do you mean there aren't any weddings here. Meanwhile while we were outside 2 limos pulled up with a wedding party taking pictures in the gardens. So where are they having thier reception is there another location nearby?

It's not a reception hall. You can go there after you get married and take pictures on the grounds. Thats prob. what you saw, they were coming from the ceremony...they don't do the actually wedding at the OWG
