Penis Attack!
HOUSTON - A woman accused of cutting off her boyfriend's penis with a kitchen knife while he was sleeping was charged with aggravated assault after surrendering to sheriff's deputies.

Delmy Margoth Ruiz was arrested by Harris County deputies in the attack on the 34-year-old man, who was listed in good condition at Ben Taub General Hospital.

Ruiz, 49, indicated to law officers that her boyfriend had been unfaithful and abusive. However, a criminal complaint alleges that she told him he was cut 'so you can't have any more women.'

The severed penis has not been found since the Oct. 28 attack at the woman's home.

Ruiz showed up late for Tuesday's arranged surrender, saying she could not find a ride to the courthouse.

She was expected to make her first court appearance Wednesday. Her attorney said getting her out of jail was a priority.

'She is surrounded by big, strong police officers and she's scared,' attorney Tom Radosevich told the Houston Chronicle in Wednesday's editions. 'Our focus right now is presenting her to the court and persuading the judge she's not a flight risk.'

OUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Poor guy can't even get it reattached.

I wonder where it is...is someone going to come across it when they dust under the bed or fluff the cushions on the couch??

I have been guilty of grabbing and twisting extremly hard till this one guy actually peed... but he was disrespecting my firned and I wanst having it..dont think i could cut it off though. That must have been one sharp knife.
