they should at least let you go home early - so unnecessary to sit in this heat - there's a heat advisory out!

sorry, but they should let you leave! those are not safe working conditions. at least outside there is fresh air.

Me either FI and I will go to my parents tonight to take advantage of their central air and swimming pool... I def did not appreciate these things enough when I was younger but now that I don't have them thats a whole other story...

ETA: That is terrible they should let you leave ( I was so wrapped up in my lack of air conditiong I forgot that the post was about the insane conditions at your work!)

I know how you feel.... Last week when it was hot like this, my patrol car had no A/C .... Polyester and kevlar are not a girls best friend in this heat!!!!
