I've been engaged for almost 10 months ( ) and the only thing I've accomplished is booking the hall and church.. and we just did that 2 weeks ago!

you have time, don't stress..

no ladies- let's start planning her wedding!

You are not way behid. use the extra time wisely. boook vendors you want. this far in advance you will get your first choice.

One word of caution. Others may disagree but im ginimg MHO.

Dont buy a dress yet if you are the kind of peron who will always look for the next best dress.

you have a year and a half. You might buy a dress now, and decide its not the right one when yo see another in a magazine.

Look, yes. But just be aware you might get ansty with SO much time between now and the wedding.

again, IMHO.

Listen - I felt the same way when I joined this site. I saw how ahead of the game everyone was and went on a booking rampage - you have PLENTY of time and do not rush. I kind of rushed into booking photo/flowers and I wish I did not so believe me when I say take your time with this...

dont worry you have plenty of time

we are getting married a month before you and all we have so far is the hall and church- most important- we will start looking at photogs/video and DJ very soon.
and i just made my dress apt for a couple of weeks from now.
