OMG!!!!!

I can't believe this!!!

One of my best friends from high school now lives in Brussels. I sent her and her husband an invitation as a courtesy and she said she was actually trying to make it work - which was a surprise in and of itself. I NEVER expected her to come.

WELL SHE JUST E-MAILED ME TO TELL ME SHE BOOKED HER FLIGHT! AHHHH! I can't BELIEVE this!!!! I can't believe my friend who lives across an OCEAN is coming to my wedding! I am just so overwhelmed with happiness. I was getting pretty depressed about the nos we received and from whom, but now - EFF THEM ALL! This is the mark of a true friendship, and I am just THRILLED!!!!!

I can only imagine how happy you are... i was thrilled by friend from boston came down for my engagement party, shower and bach party! It really means alot when people go out of their way for you!!!

Thanks girls. I'm literally sitting here with tears in my eyes, I am so dang TOUCHED! Never in a million years did I think she'd make it. I can't wait to give her a big fat hug at the wedding

aww that was sooo sweet to read!!!! I love that she is coming from that far away to go to your wedding!! That's super sweet and should be treasured. Sometimes it's just one sweet act of kindness and support that can make up for the tons of jerks!!

I was sooo happy when I saw one of my longtime friends who I haven't talked to lately because she moved kinda far, is coming to the wedding!! It was soo heart warming to see that card with the yes box checked off.
Of course I have another long time friend who i expected to say yes... and she declined! both the wedding and the shower. LOSER!

That is the NICEST thing!!! My groomsmen were complaining to FH this weekend that they dont 'wanna wear a suit' and your friends books a flight across the ocean! SEE? Now THAT is a friend.
