uhhh everything besides rh and dj . FH and I just never have time to meet with vendors in L.I!!!

We only met with one DJ and I want to meet with 2 more but at this rate, it'll take forever

ETA: just read your other post...do you have a list of vendors you want to meet with? i did a lot of my 'narrowing down' for the major vendors from internet research...that way i only had to meet with 1 or 2 - that definitely saved time

no no no, you at least have to meet them in person! what if your personalities clash or you really just get a bad vibe? you can't always tell through email. i would get a few lined up for a saturday and just bang em out...try to book as many as you can in one day so it's done!
