this is the scariest thing writing the GIGANTIC check for the down payment.... never wrote such a HUGE check in my whole life!

us too - we just did that. We close June 11th. I hear ya about writing that big check!!

i know what you mean! we close june 7th! writing the down payment check was definitely scary, but now we have to worry about all the closing costs and rest of the down payment!
