this is why i don't take BC...I have never trusted anything that messes with your natural bodily functions...I don't even take the meds i'm supposed to and if i have to i try to find a natural alternative. FH doesn't want me taking it either, he feels the same way i do.

But on the other hand, the Pill reduces the risk of ovarian cancer. My mom has ovarian cancer, and her oncologist told me that there was nothing I could do to lower my own risk except for going on the Pill. So I'll do that, eat healthy, and exercise, and I won't worry.

i am not worried... everything you take causes something. look at all the led in toys.. you can't even have children playing anymore!! also in the article it says this

also have you been on it 13 years?

my gyno has her daughter on the birth control. now if she didn't think it was safe i don't think she would put her own daughter on it.


i wouldn't worry.. just try to live a healthy life. don't smoke .. try to eat healthy & excercise

it also said that they had been on it for an avg of 13 yrs. when i first went on it i was told you arent supposed to be on it for more then 7 yrs without taking a long break from it....after the wedding it will be about 6 1/2 yrs so im going off of it.
