OMG Does the Bad news ever stop!?!

So i went to the Endodontist (root canal specialist) because I wanted to have my last two really big filling teeth filed down for crowns and he checked one of the front ones cuz i said it was clicking and i wanted to know about this mouthwash that FH used to see if I could use it....

Anyway, so he tells me what he thinks....my bottom two are ok to be filed, but my top one that already has a root canal( And almost killed me with the infection) is starting to fail and the crown may shatter or fall off if they do the work....and as far as my gums are concerned....I am having an alergic reation to the metal used to make them.....FING AMAZING! since they are soooo red you can see them in photos!! i


I dont know what to do my wedding photos are going to be ruined!! im such a gum smiler all your gonna see is my horrid gums...

Now i have to fly up to NY to see my Dentist up there cuz hes the only one that ill let touch them and FH is mad and said that if he has to re do them then thats his fault and he better pay to fix them!! I need hugs :(

Oh NO! You are in FL, right? I heard that southwest is doing a $29 deal from NY - Tampa ... not sure if works the other way or if you are even close to Tampa ...

grrrr 200 bucks for me to come home!! I hope that the dentist will be able to get temporarys on and order the perms that way they will be on for the wedding!

Try not to get yourself too worked up... you have time to fix this!

Has your dentist mentioned anything about using baking soda for your gums? Just use your finger and put a little bit on... massage it upwards up into the gum from the point where your gum and tooth meet. Don't leave it on very long, just while you're brushing. Arm and Hammer is best. It has an antibacterial, anti-inflammatory effect on the gums. They may be a little irritated at first, but they should calm down and be less red. Remember, don't leave it on too long, cus that will make the irritation worse.

The Arm and Hammer is something that my dentist has been recommending for years, and it really does work, at least for me. But check with your dentists before you try anything, cus every case is different.

Your FH is right, if they messed it up, they need to fix it, and fast!
