Is there ANYTHING your doc can do? I thought we developed a vaccaine for Chicken Pox recently?

Worst case scenario: Even if yuou did get them, they would over and done with in a few weeks. It would suck, but you would be okay by the day of.

see if you can get the vaccine, my son had it.

Also, you may have had them so mildly as a child you didnt even know it.

so far so good. the doc says if i don't show signs in the next 5-6 days i'm ok.

Your doctor said 5-6 days? I remember being told that the incubation period for chicken pox is 3 weeks. Hopefully you won't be infected -
