OMG FREAKING OUT RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!

Ok DRAMA! So the Bridal Boutique where I am ordering my gown on SATURDAY is right down the street from my office. So I popped in just to give her all my contact info and let her know we are coming in on Saturday to order all 4 gowns (mine and BMs). So this whole time since I picked my gown I have been freaking out that they might sell the sample and then my Mommy won't be able to see me in it when she comes down this weekend. I want her to see me in it before I order it. Her opinion matters most to me. So I go in today, she tells me some girl came in at 4PM yesterday and wants to buy the SAMPLE of MY GOWN for an August wedding AND SHE WANTS TO CHOP THE TRAIN OFF AND MAKE IT A HEAD PIECE! WHO DOES THAT! So the owner says I am still safe for Saturday cuz the girl hasn't paid for the gown and she promised me they wouldn't start alterations on the Sample till I try it on on Saturday for my Mommy!! OMG! So I am freaking out and I call her back and said please swear to me it will still be there on Saturday. She says I think it will be but if for some reason this August bride decides to pay in full before Saturday morning AND she decides to take it to a different seamstress other than the one provided by the boutique then the purchaser is able to walk out the door with it that day. OMG! But what are the odds that she will get all that money together before Saturday AND decide against her original decision and take it to a different seamstress!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you think it will still be there on Saturday?!?! I AM FLIPPING OUT! Please pray it will still be there! I have been waiting forever to have this moment with my Mommy!!

Someone please try to alleviate my fears! Am I being ridiculous?!?! Will you pray for me please/?!?!

i will say a prayer that she comes in on sunay to pay for the dress and you can have your special moment with mom

i hope it is still there - i am sure that it is - cant you leave a deposit on the sample and then transfer it to the order - worst case scenerio?

Awww..try not to freak out too much! Right now, it seems like theres no plans for her coming before Sat to try it...I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!!

If worse did come to worse though, is there another store that has it in stock? You can always show it to your mom at another store, can't ya?

Don't freak out! Look into other salon's that have your dress and in the meantime I'll be praying she doesn't come in to pay

BTW..i've never heard of someone chopping of a train to make it a veil

I KNOW RIGHT!! And the train is the draw to this gown. I mean it is GORGEOUS!! I have called all over the place. No other Salon around here or on LI carry it




That is why she has to come down here to see it. I am just going to keep praying!!
