Updated: THEY ACCEPTED OUR BID!!!!!! Tomorrow we speak to a bunch of people and then i dont know what we do ....Im so excited. I am ready for a long process!!!
Update 1/9 We spoke to the morgage guy and everything is looking great!!! The inspector and the apriasor go on Tueday morning...and We hope to be in contract this week!!!! YAY Keep your fingers crossed!!! I cant belive it!

The inspector said the house passed with flying colors!!!! Hopefully we will sign the contract this week!!!
