OMG I AM GOING TO BE A 2 DRESS BRIDE

Ok ladies I never understood when people said you just know its your dress until today when i went to The Bridal Suite in centereach which by the way a great experience anyway i put this dress on and i thought i was going to cry now i know that this is the dress now i dont know what to do about this situation what do i tell fh ? will he be that understanding since i dropped $700 on the other dress( that was just half the payment)and this gown is $945 anyway here is a pic scroll down i think it is worth it it is soooo much nicer what do you think?

they are both beautiful. can you put the $700 towards this dress? or was it at another place? me personally, i would ask my fhs opinion on what to do...although i know what he would say. not to spend anymore than we have to (thats what he always says) but, in the end you are the bride and you have to wear the dress!

its rom a different place im scared to ask i think he is going to be PO'd but then again he has said he doesnt care how much the dress is as long as i love it

I did the same thing except my new gown was $$$$, I bought it anyway. If you pay for it then you have nothing to answer to. You can tell him and thats it. I paid for my dresses so FH can not say anything.

We have lived together for 8yrs now and have 2 kids so we share our money and bills

Call the first place and let them know that you no longer want that dress. Keep in mind that you might loose some money but I din't think you would loose it all. You can also see if you the bridal shop carries that name.

If it's something you really like, go for it. Maybe the other place will keep some, but not all of your money?!?!

I think im going to give my moh her first job and call to see if i can get any money back she is good at handling this kind of stuff

I did the same thing...changed my dress and in the end I am really happy I did. I had to eat the deposit, but in the end you need to be happy with how you look on your wedding day! If you really want to switch, then go for it, your FH will understand.
