OMG i just called the church to set up an appt. to speak with the priest since all you girls are saying i need to do i ASAP and i talked to a priest who said it's fine and wrote me in for Oct. 11, 2009 at 2:30!! OMG that was unexspected!! I just have to go in tomorrow to fill out some paper work and we're set.

Which church did you book? My priest was the same way . . . we did have to meet with him, but he basically 'ok'd' it on the phone. I was still nervous until I saw our name in the book in person!! Congrats!
