Seriously, after my hair trial yesterday I'm realizing how much I can't stand it. It doesn't even look like me! I showed a picture of myself with it on to my cousin today and she thought it was a joke! I was convinved by my FMIL and the women at the shop that it looked beautiful. It's sewn on the comb wrong and I only hope that I can return it.. It was very expensive and a waste of money. pray that I can return it!! I just showed it to FH because I wanted him to know why I hated it and he started laughing when I put it on and said it's the worst thing ever and I definitely can not wear it. Believe it or not hearing him say that made me feel much better.

I looked at your trial pics and i think its pretty. but it's not what i like, it's what you like. Go with you gut on this one! hopefully u can return it and it all works out. GL

If it's sewn on the comb wrong they should take it back. Even if they don't you should get another veil if you are not happy with this one. Trust your own instincts, not anyone else! Best of luck to you!

Honestly, I love your veil, but I think it is more of a mantilla than a regular veil. I think it is meant to be worn without a headpiece, and flat to the head like this:
So, if you want to wear your fabulous headpiece [which I would if I were you!] then I would get a veil with less lace on the edging. If you love the lace, maybe do something like this:

If you are unhappy with your veil definitely get another one. You can probably sell this one on e-bay or craigslist and even if you can't, just chalk it up to a loss. The veil is too important to hate!

Personally, I love that veil. I wanted a mantilla, but it won't look good with my dress. Once you see the complete package with you in your dress, maybe you'll change you mind?

Some bridal shops will let you exchange, but not return. Go get the veil you want!!!!

Funny but I am getting married on the same day as you and I hated my veil. I went for my first fitting and realized veil is too short and didnot like how it was trimmed. My mom felt the same way so we ordered a whole new veil. At this point just find a different one. Try somthing simple not too expensive. Good luck.
