OMG I just realized..........

this time next year, 3/4 of 2010'ers will be MARRIED already......

my last Halloween home, last xmas morning home, last easter home........WOWWWW

TIME IS FLYING BY - ITS OUR TURN NOW GIRLS....let the weddings begin!!!!

I just can't imagine it.... Fh will have to go along or I will probably cry all morning... It won't be ''MY' ornaments, stocking, (mamosa's yes we drinkon xmas morning in my fam) haha... Aww it's making me sad

We still go to both our parent's houses on Christmas morning. We open our own gifts, then open gifts at my parent's house, then gifts at his parent's house then we go our separate ways, but I guess we won't next year!

I was actually just thinking that the other day too - next year on Christmas morning it'll just be me and FH. That's going to be so weird!! lol FH doesn't get holidays off unless they fall on his day off and we always have Xmas eve at my parent's house so I'm sure there will be plenty of times I'll sleep there lol

I already told FH we are going to my parents xmas morning, they host xmas every year so we spend the day there with my fam and his also....but I guess the initial waking up and not being home will probably just freak me out a bit, the first year atleast!

It has been so difficult trying to split them up bc we both have such big families

This past year we did christmas eve with his parents, christmas day with my best friend and december 26 with my parents.
It will probably be very similar this year. Once we move, we will probably spend christmas eve with his parents and christmas day with mine. (provided mine dont go to NJ -my brother lives there)

we haven't really discussed it yet but we pretty much split them already...

xmas eve we celebrate at his family since my fam doesn't really celebrate xmas eve....
xmas day my parents host and his parent's usually come over with my fam....

easter, depending on when our easters fall......greek and catholic easters fall different days, which makes that pretty easy so we don't run into any problems on that end!

Thanksgiving is usually a toss up....sometims I go there with my parents if nothing crazy is going on or they come to us.......kind of low key for us!!

to be honest its really great waking up Christmas morning with just FH, a couple of gifts under our tree in our living room. this will be our 3rd Christmas morning just FH & I. we love it. we spend like a half hour enjoying it being us 2. then we go upstairs to my parents house. after about an hour we go back to our apartment & have breakfast just us two. then FMIL comes over & her & FH begin cooking for Christmas Day.
