FH and i signed the lease agreement on our apartment yesterday, today i go to pick up the keys... and we move in on saturday!!!
i am so nervous and excited all at the same time. FH has always lived with his parents except for a 3 1/2 month stint in GA for job-related training... and the only time i haven't lived with my parents or FH's parents was when i was living in college dorms, which doesn't really count. first joint checking and savings accounts, then an apartment... what's next? marriage?
oh yeah...

I am in the same place as your are.. living with FH parents....Can't wait til i get married so we can move out on our own.. One step at a time..

Isn't it an amazing feeling?!?!?! I said the exact same thing when we signed our lease....I just hugged FH and said 'I can't believe I'm officially all grown up'. Congrats!

Thats wonderful news! Congrats to the both of you. I am kinda gettinga little nevous about moving away from my parents too, its going to take some getting use to.
