OMG JERK CREDITOR
OMG...
I was wit a friend today who is filing bankruptcy....she needs to get her head straight, stop fll the creditor calls, etc..etc...
WEll this JERK has been calling..and calling her moms house wanting Money....1700 to stop int4erest and then 300 a month.....
Well she has bene in contact with her lawyer who said to ignore those calls....Well this Jackass called today,practically harassing her, telling her she and her mom are ignoring his calls, its very important, etc..etc..etc....
He was really nasty and Rude....and harassing...
So as I was at her house, she called him to give him her attorneys phone number...
THis ASSHOLE immediately startes yelling at her when she says her name.....then she told him to contact her attorney she was not speaking to him...He BLEW UP...BIG TIME...He said who is your lawyer? Number?? She told him both and then he goes, You better not be playing around Missy because I will go after you for Fraud@!!!
THe attorney got a call form this character and said what an ******* he was and he is just ****ed because he bought this debt and now is going to lose money for sure!!
ISn;t that so rude?? There has got to be some kind of laws or something about this! I was like OMG...what a JERK!!! He really totally was....and the lawyer is sucha nice guy...butthis creditor was harassing....and to say He will come after her for fraud...does that even make sense???!!!![]()
