OMG - just saw Clerks 2 for the 1st time!!!

I avoided it because I was such a Clerks fan, and was afraid 2 would ruin it....

BUT - OMG - Mr. Pillow Pants!!!!

I freaking love ELIAS!
I love the whole 'One Ring to Rule them All' bit - his delivery is priceless.

And Pillow Pants - I died, I died!!

OMG - you have NO idea how I almost rolled my fat azz off the couch watching that movie last night!!!!!

The whole trilogy is about WALKING! Even the trees walked in that movie!!!

I watched that for like three nights in a row while under the influence.
The man and I rewound Pillow Pants three times every time.

Unfortunately, I couldnt be under any influence watching it, but DH was - I think I peed my pants a little with that scene....

When you can, watch it again. Freaking great.

I was also afraid that it would ruin the first Clerks for me because it's one of my all-time favorites but I like the way that he revisted.

Plus, Jay - never enough of Jay

LOVE Jay!!!! Reminds me of every friend I had in college... but - did you see him with Kevin Smith in the beginning of the DVD when they are talking about the movie? He is the polar opposite of his character - very shy and quiet... Weird....

I didn't see that because I rented it off of IO or whatever it is. On demand.

But I'm not surprised about that. During Clerks 1, he wouldn't dance with everyone watching so they all had to go into the video store while the tape ran and he danced.

Kevin Smith did this as almost a favor to Jay. He said that if he got clean and stayed clean that he'd do Clerks 2. Btw - the Silence of the Lambs dance - Jay does that for Kevin in real life!!

I love Jason Mewes - shame he's such a druggie - I didnt know that about him....

So WAIT - no one else on here saw that movie??? I am shocked - that is like a NWR must see!!!!

Greta movie! I am a die hard clerks fanand too feard it would be awful...but t was great if not a little commercial!

LOL I saw it the night it came out

I thought it was allright. Funny, but I didn't love it. DH felt the same, but when he saw it a second time, he laughed way more. So I will have to give it another try.
We saw it at Commack cinemas- that will ruin any experience.
