OMG NEED PRAYERS... Updated below...

I am soooooooooooooo upset right now!!!!!!!!!

My MAC is DEAD... like totally DIED... like NOT EVEN STARTING... HARD DRIVE DEAD!!!!!!!

ALL MY WEDDING STUFF, MY LIST, MY ADDRESSES, MY PICTURES,

MY ADDRESSES
MY ADDRESSES
MY ADDRESSES
MY ITUNES
MY ADDRESSES
MY ADDRESSES
MY ADDRESSES

uggggggggg I am going to have to retype everything!

OH and my work stuff...

BUT ALL MY WEDDING STUFF...

GONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am crying. I am so upset....

Oh... I am using my PC now. I am so upset.

this happened to me.....it's fixable. Call the mac store to set up an appointment, they might be able to fix it there or they can mail it out and they can at least try to save your hard drive.

Update... Everything is gone... Nothing can be recovered.

I started crying in the store... not histerical but tears were coming down from my eyes.

But It is only materialistic and it can be replaced... sooner or later... in time.

I can't imagine how you feel, but like you said everything can be replaced, it is just going to take some time and effort.

Oh....I am so sorry!!!! I had that problem about a year ago (luckily I didn't have any wedding stuff on it) and I brought to comp USA and got it fixed....they may be able to pull your stuff off somehow. I got some of my work stuff back,

I would take it to get a second opinion!!!! The 'genuises' at the Mac store told me my laptop from years ago was DEAD (they also had never seen the model i had..cause it was older..and they were all like 21..haha)...i couldn't get it to boot up...but i also hadn't used it in like a year...so i even asked the guy...do you think it could be the power supply or a battery issue? He tells me it's dead...well i decided to leave it plugged in for like 3 days straight....as i walked by it i noticed a flickering green lite...i clicked the On button and Booooong....my Mac was back from the dead! Don't trust the Mac store!! And they should be able to recover data from the hard drive, even if it died..i think?...good luck!

so sorry hon. I am doing addresses as we speak. I would die if I lost them so I know how u must feel.
