OMG, OMG, DON'T EVER EVER USE NETZERO!

I had an account from MONTHS AND MONTHS ago, and must have called to cancel two or three times, and I looked at my online banking today, AND THEY ARE STILL TAKING MONEY OUT! Granted it's only 10 dollars a month, but HELLO! DON'T TAKE MY MONEY AFTER I CANCELLED THE ACCOUNT! So I am on the phone with the guy, and I said I want to cancel, AGAIN, and he says to me, 'Ok, Rachel, what I'm going to do is put you on the metered rate of $4.95 a month...' I FLIPPED out on this guy. I was SCREAMING at him. He was basically REFUSING to cancel my account. FINALLY, he cancelled it when I said I wanted to speak to his supervisor. AAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
